Wellness Inspired Kitchen~ Real Food for Life

Dear Reader,

One of my aspirations is to see people healthy and fit.  Sadly, this will not happen with the 'conventional wisdom' we have today.  The current Standard American Diet (SAD) is exactly that.  SAD!  It has definitely lived up to it's acronym.

Fortunately, we have many, many brilliant doctors and nutritionists with a plethora of incredible information and data who are arguing against this current system of conventional wisdom. I believe we are finally making headway.  Though people may not understand the terms, "Paleo", "Primal", "Keto", or "Hunter/Gatherer", most have at least heard of them.  So the message is becoming clear and is gathering steam.

I do hope you have had the opportunity to read some of my posts and links to these 'non-conventional wisdom' doctors and nutritionists I have followed and gleaned from over the past few years.  They have changed my life.  It is my goal to pay it forward now and help others to do the same.

These are my thoughts:

1 ~ To transform cupboards, pantries, refrigerators, and freezers from danger zones containing  highly processed, fake "food stuff" to safe havens of real, wholesome food.
2 ~ To empower people with the tools and resources to create this clean, healthy kitchen with the goal of having healthy families.
3 ~ These tools and resources will include:
A) A list of the foods to be purchased in order to replace the processed, fake "food stuff" we will be disposing of.
B)  Recipes to create delicious meal plans and menus.
C) The places to purchase the items needed to create these wonderful meals; snacks and desserts whether at grocery stores or online market places (IE Amazon, my personal fav!)

We will sit down and discuss expectations.  Yours of me and mine of you.  Once we are sure we understand one another, we can then proceed to have hay day of transforming your kitchen. How we do this, of course, will depend on your location.  If you happen to live in my area of Arizona, maybe we can me personally.  Otherwise, thanks to the wonders of technology, we can Skype, Video Chat, etc.

As you embark on this new journey, realize that, yes, there will some expense involved, but it will be so worth it!  You will likely not only be replacing much if not all of your food products, but you may need to purchase certain 'gadgets' in order to facilitate your kitchen adventures.  My father has always said, you can do just about anything if you have the correct tools.  So your tools are the gems of your kitchen. This may mean, for example, purchasing an immersion blender; a high speed blender and items of this nature. Again, it's worth every cent to have them handy when creating your menus, and it's extremely gratifying to see and feel the benefits of clean eating!

A lifestyle change may seem a bit challenging at first glance, but once you get the hang of it and into the groove, it's FUN!  Really FUN!  You will be amazed at the incredibly delicious dishes you will create.  They can be as simple or as complex as you like.  It's all a personal preference, and it will depend on how much time you have to spend and/or are willing to spend to make this happen.  Like most of life, it's a learned discipline that is worthy of acquiring.

I am in the process of building a website for this very purpose.  Stay tuned!

If this sounds like something you'd be interested in accomplishing, please contact me.  I'd love to chat with you.

Please check out my on-line business card, too!

Thanks for reading!  Ciao!
